Skip the Pre-Press: No need to pre-press to remove moisture – it's optional!
Precise Placement: Take your time positioning the transfer on your garment. If using a flat heat press, heat-resistant tape usually isn’t necessary, but it's highly recommended when working with hats or using an iron. Our DTF Alignment Ruler Set can help you achieve perfect placement.
Easy Application: Apply medium pressure for 15 seconds at 310°F (155°C). The transfer is durable, so a little extra heat, pressure, or time won't hurt it. However, too much heat can damage the garment, so always test first and use parchment paper or a protective sheet when using an iron.
Cool Down & Peel: Let the transfer cool fully (around 15-30 seconds) before peeling. For faster cooling, try our Fast Cool Peel Air Transfer Blower. Gently peel from a corner while monitoring the design to ensure full adhesion (remember to use your eyes, not just your hands!). If any part doesn’t adhere, stop, lay it back down, and troubleshoot.
Adjust Heat/Pressure/Time: Re-press with more pressure and time (add 5-10 seconds) if needed. If necessary, increase the heat by 15°F increments until you get the best results. Don’t worry; multiple presses won’t harm the transfer.
Finishing Touches & Washing: For a softer finish, more durability, and to remove any shine, give the transfer a final 15-second press with parchment paper or a single layer of t-shirt material. For a glossy finish, use a protective guard sheet during the last press. Wash your garment inside out in cold water, then dry on low heat or hang dry.

We will reprint orders with print quality issues or adherence problems.
Reprints will not be provided for low-quality files that were uploaded.
